Trading Technologies Expands Global Software Licensing and TTNET™ Distribution Agreement with Daiwa

CHICAGO, NEW YORK and LONDON, June 19, 2007 - Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe Limited and Daiwa Securities America Inc. (Daiwa) today announced that they have entered into a global software licensing and TTNET distribution agreement. Daiwa will offer TT's high-speed X_TRADER® order-entry software to its internal trading desks and customers trading derivatives, cash fixed income and energy in Europe, the Americas and Asia, with a special focus on Tokyo. Daiwa's customers will have full access to TT's X_TRADER order-entry software platform and technology solutions including TT's FIX connectivity and high-speed exchange gateways, which provide connectivity to more than 20 global markets.

Daiwa will continue leveraging TT's hosted solution, TTNET, to deploy X_TRADER. TTNET accelerates customer access to international markets and provides a robust trading platform through its fully resilient data centers situated in strategic locations close to the various exchanges. TT operates data centers in Chicago, New Jersey, London, Frankfurt, Singapore and Tokyo with plans to add facilities in Hong Kong and Sydney later this year.

Miki Kusano, Executive Vice President at Daiwa Securities America Inc., said, "In response to increasing demand from our major institutional and hedge funds clients for a high performance trading solution, we are pleased to offer TT's platform to access electronic markets across the globe."

"We chose TTNET because it provides the deployable and highly reliable solution that our customers require," said Shinichiro Ikoshi, Director at Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe Limited.

"We look forward to working with Daiwa to distribute TT's X_TRADER platform to their global customers and internal traders via TTNET," said Harris Brumfield, CEO of Trading Technologies.
