TT facilitates a philanthropic environment by giving back to the communities in which we live and work. TT’s philanthropy team, which is comprised of employee volunteers from various departments and locations, directs TT’s charitable efforts and ensures that TT contributes to causes that are most meaningful to TT and its employees. We contribute through two avenues: a global Corporate Matching Gifts Program and regional philanthropic activities.

Corporate Matching Gifts Program

TT's Corporate Matching Gifts Program encourages individual employee philanthropic and charitable giving. It extends TT’s charitable giving to a variety of non-profit funds and organizations that help those in need. TT’s Corporate Matching Gifts Program enables employees to donate to charities of their choice with TT matching a percentage of the employee amount. In some cases related to catastrophes and disasters, TT will match 100 percent.

Philanthropic activities

TT's offices around the world engage in a wide range of on-site and off-site philanthropic events to benefit local and international causes. Various activities throughout TT’s network of offices have included:

• Bake sales
• Charitable runs and walks
• Donation and fundraising drives, including clothing, shoe, "back-to-school", food and book drives
• Service and sponsorship activities
• Silent auctions
• Quarterly competitions for employee-selected charities
