Updated Eurex Template Files

 
Following the Eurex upgrade to T7 Release 8.0, some customers have reported issues with TT Eurex Gateway initialization.  If startup issues are occurring, they are due to incorrect Eurex template files being installed on the TT Gateway.  Those customers experiencing Eurex Gateway startup issues should perform the following steps:
  1. Download the Eurex_templates.zip file from the TT website
  2. Extract the five files from the .zip file
  3. Replace the existing files located at :ttconfig with the downloaded files
  4. Restart the TT Eurex Gateway

Euronext Dress Rehearsal on October 19th

Euronext will conduct the first dress rehearsal for the migration from its existing UTP architecture to the new Optiq Order Entry Gateway (OEG) API this Saturday, October 19th, from 11:00 – 15:00 CET.  For more information, consult the X_TRADER Platform Optiq OEG Migration Guide.

Fourth Quarter 2019 License Updates

Updated and amended fourth quarter license files have been distributed to TT customers. Please contact your TT Sales representative if you have not received your license file. The new file must be installed via Guardian prior to October 15, 2019, or you will not be able to trade.

Customer environments managed by TT via the TTNET or ASP hosted solution do not need to take any action, as all license updates are handled by TT; however any past due balances are still payable per the terms of your contract

Multicast Channel Migration for ICE Permian/WTI ICE Futures Spread  
 

The ICE Permian/WTI Futures Spread (markettypeID 180) has been migrated from the ‘ICE Europe Oil Others’ multicast channel to the ‘ICE Futures WTI Channel’ effective September 16. Customers who host their own TT ICE Gateways must remove the marketTypeID 180 from the [EuropeOilOthersFutures] section of the multicastGroups.cfg file.  The marketTypeID 180 must be added to the [WTIFutures] section of multicastGroups.cfg file.

 

The channel migration will take effect on TT software following the next ICE Price Server restart after the configuration changes have been made.
