Trading Technologies COVID-19 Continuity Plan

Dear Customers,


The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the ensuing fallout have had far-reaching, tragic global consequences. Both businesses and the business of everyday life have been disrupted, as have markets. In times like these, nothing is more important than personal and societal health and safety.


We recognize the unique role Trading Technologies plays in your business. As such, I wanted to share our commitment to maintaining service continuity so that you can focus on your business, customers and employees.


To ensure the COVID-19 crisis will not impact TT’s platform or services, here are the companywide measures we’ve taken:

  • Follow official guidelines: Each of our worldwide offices isare strictly adhering to ALL guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). 
  • Work from anywhere: We already have a robust work from home policy in place, but effective immediately, all teammates are encouraged to work from home. Access to service and support will not be impacted as virtual working systems are in place for these teams. This policy will stay in effect until further notice. 
  • Travel restrictions: We’ve suspended all international travel; only essential domestic travel is permitted at this time. 
  • If any teammate is feeling ill: Teammates with any sickness whatsoever are instructed to stay home. If they or a family member are diagnosed with the virus, our Human Resource and Customer Success departments are to be immediately notified.
