UPDATE: Missing Fills on BrokerTec Gateways

On April 24 we sent CA009-19, informing customers of a BrokerTec side change that caused BrokerTec fills to be removed from X_TRADER when a client application was closed during the trading session.  Following changes made by Brokertec on June 14, this issue has been resolved, and normal fill retention within TT client applications has been restored.
