Using the Audit Trail to Track Database Updates

Overview

Use the Audit Trail reports to track updates made to the database. Updates are categorized based on the date and time of the update, the type of update (e.g., update user email account), the username and IP address of the user that made the update, and the application in which the update was performed.

The Audit Trail Report window displays a list of available log files, and shows the date the files were created and the size of the log files.

Running the Report

To display an Audit Trail:

  1. From the Reporting tab, click the Audit Trail button.

    The Audit Trail Report window appears.

  2. From the Audit Trail Report window, double-click the desired row.

    The selected Audit Trail report appears.
