Starting and Stopping your Feed and Responder

FMDS is comprised of two services: TTFMDS Feed and TTFMDS Responder. The TTFMDS Feed subscribes to gateways and records prices to the historical data files. The TTFMDS Responder listens for and fulfills requests for historical data from X_STUDY.

The Service Control section on the Connection tab displays the status of these two services via colored radio buttons.

Green: Indicates the service is running and a successful ping has occurred.

Yellow: Indicates the service is running but a successful ping has not occurred.

Red: Indicates the service is not running.
