When configuring Give Up accounts, you must observe the following:

  • If the ClearingInstruction equals G, the order will be a giveup using the value provided in the Giveup field in X_TRADER. This occurs even if the Account Type is not listed in the GiveUpAccounts parameter.
  • If the ClearingInstruction equals _, the order will be a giveup if the account code is also listed in the GiveUpAccounts parameter.
  • The following configuration is not allowed: If the ClearingInstruction equals a value other than G or _, and the account type is listed in the GiveUpAccounts parameter, the order will not be a giveup.
