When you open a window in TT User Setup, pre-selected default columns appear in that window. These default columns vary from window to window. Each window includes a customized Hide/Show window that lists all of the columns available in that window. You can hide or show columns in the various data grid windows by configuring the Visible Columns list in the Show/Hide/Arrange Columns dialog box.

The following table describes the columns available in TT User Setup and the window(s) in which the columns appear:

If checked and the user is configured to connect to an Algo SE server, the user can deploy algos. This setting is only valid when the user is configured to connect to an Algo SE server.

ADL Algo SharingUser Admin | Users | Trade PermissionsDetermines whether the user can share algorithms with other users on Algo SE Servers.

If checked and the user is configured to connect to an Algo SE server, the user can share algos with other users. The other users do not need this setting enabled for their usernames in order to have an algo shared with them. However, users with X_TRADER® 7.12 or lower need to share an order book with the user sharing an algo with them.

Note: If you enable (check) this setting, then ADL Algo deployment must also be enabled. Also, this setting is only valid if the user is configured to connect to an Algo SE server.

Determines whether or not the gateways assigned to this gateway login will be prevented from generating Start-of-Day records. When Auto-Gen SOD Positions is no, gateways will not generate Start-of-Day records for the configured Gateway Login.

CME Market Data AccessUsers, User Settings | Login

Sets a user as grandfathered and/or covered under a netting agreement for billable CME Product Groups:

Grandfathered User: Click the checkboxes next to a CME product group to indicate whether the user is grandfathered for market data access for this group. By default, this option is turned off. After an upgrade to 7.17.41 and prior to 1/1/2015, administrators need to enable this setting for grandfathered users in order to report their market data access correctly to CME.

Netting Program Participant: Click the checkboxes next to a CME product group to indicate whether the user has a CME market data netting agreement for this group. This option can be used to flag users that participate in the CME’s netting program. CME will bill those clients directly. TT still reports their access to the exchange, but reports them as non-billable. By default this option is turned off. Administrators need to enable this setting after an upgrade to 7.17.41 and prior to 1/1/2015 for users with netting agreements.

Determines if the P&L risk algorithm is used to risk check this user. When Use P&L Risk Algo is set to yes, the P&L risk algorithm is used for risk checking. In X_TRADER, the P/L based on setting defaults to Risk Algorithm and is uneditable. When Use P&L Risk Algo is set to no, risk checking uses the Last Traded Price. The P/L based on X_TRADER setting remains editable.
