Troubleshooting

The most common error messages are summarized below. In some cases, you may be able to change the FMDS server to which you connect and solve an error message. However, if you cannot connect to FMDS, we recommend you contact your TT administrator.

Unable to Contact FMDS server

You cannot connect to the server that holds historical data because:

  • FMDS is not running.
  • Wrong service number is specified.

Error connecting to TTM Daemon (Timed Out)

You cannot connect to the TTM Daemon because the wrong address/service is specified.

Error connecting to TTM Daemon (Connection Refused)

You cannot connect to the TTM Daemon because the wrong port number is specified.

Unable to obtain Trade Calendar...

You cannot get information on the specified contract because it does not exist in FMDS.
