We are looking for a highly organized and task-driven Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project-related tasks, taking meeting minutes, and driving follow-ups. They will also need to plan and organize events and communicate and collaborate with team members across the company at all levels to ensure that all project tasks are completed in a timely manner.

 

What Will You Be Involved With?
  • Organize and plan meetings and events
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to all relevant parties
  • Ensure all follow-up actions are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Assist with project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure project progress is on track
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and handling logistics of events
  • Negotiating with vendors when planning events
  • Identify and employ lessons learned from previous experience to ensure delivery of each subsequent project is more successful than the last
  • Understand healthy team dynamics and know how to coach and grow a high-performing team

  • Proven experience in project administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
