The Sales support and administration staff will be full-time members of the sales team, reporting directly to the CRO. They will be responsible for a wide range of activities, supporting a global team of more than 25 sales staff across a wide range of capital markets technology solutions. 

 

What Will You Be Involved With?
  • Administer accounts/customer database in Salesforce and Pardot and keep it up to date,
  • Administer targeted sales campaigns and outcomes.
  • Help administer/organize sales events and conferences.
  • Research market segments/contacts/sales lists, including active monitoring of news and events relating to our prioritized segments and/or specific client lists
  • Administer RFPs
  • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts, including monitoring sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Support salespeople in day-to-day activities. 
  • Handle some direct customer inquiries and directing them as appropriate to close. 

 

What Will You Bring to the Table?
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification, with at least three years experience in a similar role 
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, reporting, and  campaigns 
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating meaningful Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Ability to conduct structured research in specific target markets and client segments
  • A client-facing mindset, with an eagerness to learn new products and services
