We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a JIRA and ServiceNow Developer. As a Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers and IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain JIRA and ServiceNow applications.


What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and develop JIRA and ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JIRA and ServiceNow applications
  • Provide technical support to end-users of JIRA and ServiceNow applications
  • Maintain and update existing JIRA and ServiceNow applications and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices in JIRA and ServiceNow development


What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in JIRA and/or ServiceNow development
  • Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the following is a bonus: Angular, Javascript, groovy, and ITIL
