Due to multiple new product initiatives, Trading Technologies is looking to add a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to oversee the post-sales relationship between our customers and TT in our Tokyo office. Our ideal candidate will be a passionate, detail-oriented individual who is fanatical about client service and is relentlessly committed to helping our customers succeed by any means necessary. You will be tasked with managing onboarding and ongoing service delivery for an assigned group of clients. A successful TAM will develop strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and assist in ensuring your clients continually derive value from our product and services. The TAM will serve as the client advocate internally and act as the central liaison between the client, support and product teams for any feature requests, product feedback or escalation of any critical service issues.
