We’ll automatically bill you for the platform fee and real-time market data fees on the 5th day of every month.
The only charges from TT are for monthly subscription fees, exchange market data fees and transaction fees (if you're trading on a live account), which may or may not include local tax depending on your location.

You can cancel at any time by calling TT Support.
If you cancel your subscription, service will continue through the end of the month. No refunds will be granted for TT subscription or market data fees.
