Configuring Order Routers
By default, TT SGX Gateways route all orders and fills through the [TTF] session as configured in the hostinfo.cfg file. By working with the Exchange to enable additional Order Session connections, you can dedicate the [TTF] session for processing fills and configure [TTO_#] sessions to process and route orders.
When properly set up, TT SGX Gateways can leverage multiple sessions to route orders and improve overall gateway performance.
TT SGX Gateways can be configured with as many as 50 [TTO_#] sessions. Customers should take note of any Exchange-imposed restrictions prior to configuring their [TTO_#] sessions (e.g., TPS to minimum bandwidth recommendations). For more information, refer to Order/Messaging ThroughputOrder/Messaging ThroughputOrder/Messaging Throughput.
For information on routing orders in a multiple session environment, refer to Configuring Multi-Session.
