Time Axis Manipulation
The Time axis displays at the bottom of the chart. Like the Price axis, there are various ways to manipulate the Time axis.
For example, with left-mouse drag you can condense time. You may reset the Time axis via the right-click menu Reset option.
From the right-click context menu, you may also select one of three time options:
Exchange Sessions: Uses the default times established by the exchange and includes all hours that the instrument is traded. This is the default setting.
Primary Sessions: Uses the most active time the instrument is traded as determined by Trading Technologies. For example, Primary Sessions screens out thinly-traded overnight markets.
Custom Sessions: Uses time settings that you have defined using the Custom Session Editor dialog box.
Note: By default, the Custom Session configuration is written to the CustomSessions.xsc file located in c:ttconfig.
