Acquisition strengthens value proposition of TT platform with new product suite of algorithmic execution strategies, trade analytics, TCA services

CHICAGO/BOCA RATON, Fla., March 15, 2022 – Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions, announced today that the firm has acquired RCM-X, a technology provider of algorithmic execution strategies and quantitative trading products. TT made the announcement at a session with leaders of many of the largest global financial institutions on the first day of the 2022 International Futures Industry Conference in Boca Raton, Florida. Both firms are based in Chicago.

New KRM22 Limits Manager and KRM22 Risk Manager offerings integrated into TT platform, beginning in Q2

(TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions, and KRM22 plc (AIM: KRM), the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announced today the first two KRM22 risk offerings that Trading Technologies is now integrating into the TT platform.

CHICAGO, Jan. 5, 2022 – Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions, confirmed today that it has invested $6.35 million in KRM22 plc (AIM: KRM), the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets. This is the first investment TT has made since its acquisition by 7RIDGE in late December. 

Keith Todd assumes role of CEO

(TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions, today announced that the company’s acquisition by 7RIDGE, a specialized growth equity firm invested in transformative technologies, is now complete. As planned upon the signing of the transaction on Oct. 31, Keith Todd has assumed the role of CEO.

CHICAGO, November 29, 2021 — Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions, today announced that they have contracted with Yuanta Futures Taiwan, a Taipei-based broker, to connect the TT platform to the Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX). The TT platform will provide Yuanta Futures Taiwan with a combined carry broker and multi-broker solution for all international clients to access TAIFEX through TT’s global infrastructure.
