CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Software-as-a-Service is integral to Keith Todd’s DNA. Roughly half of his 40-year career has focused on SaaS, spanning global technology businesses from publicly listed and large multinational companies to start-ups.
As TT’s CEO, Keith oversees day-to-day operations, driving the firm’s global growth strategy and execution.
Prior to TT, Keith served as CEO and remains Executive Chairman of KRM22. He was Executive Chairman and CEO of FFastFill, a global derivatives SaaS provider acquired by ION Group, as well as Executive Chairman of ION Agency Trading. His career also includes leadership positions with Marconi Defense Group and ICL plc, among others. He was also Chairman of the UK Broadband Stakeholder Group.
Keith was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) by the Queen of England for his services to the telecommunications industry. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).
Elise has spent her career helping technology companies drive awareness, pipeline and revenue growth through marketing.
As EVP Marketing, she leads TT’s global marketing organization, with responsibilities that include brand management, marketing communications, go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
Previous to joining TT in 2003, Elise was with Ketchum/Corporate Technology Communications, Datamax Corporation and Zebra Technologies. She also served two terms on the Illinois Technology Association Board of Directors.
Elise received her undergraduate degree in public affairs and mass communications from Indiana University.
EVP MULTI-ASSET & BUY SIDE
Nick Garrow has spent more than two decades driving global technological and operational transformation in capital markets and prime brokerage.
As EVP Multi-Asset & Buy-Side, Nick is leading Trading Technologies’ expansion into new asset classes beyond exchange-traded derivatives and a range of new services for the buy-side community.
Prior to TT, Nick held various executive positions at Societe Generale (SG) Prime Services including Global Head of IT and Operations and Global Head of Cross-asset Technology. His career has also included other senior technology transformation and sales roles with Newedge, Calyon Financial, Patsystems and the French futures exchange MATIF (now Euronext).
Nick received his undergraduate degree in economics and geography from Portsmouth Polytechnic and conducted post-graduate studies in international marketing at Buckinghamshire College.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Roger Mills has a passion for detail that has driven him throughout his entire career in finance.
As Chief Financial Officer, Roger is responsible for all aspects of Trading Technologies’ financial operations and venture investments. Previously Roger served as EVP Finance and oversaw global financial reporting, planning, taxation, treasury and procurement. Prior to that, Roger served as the company’s controller.
A Certified Public Accountant, Roger has worked in financial positions with privately and publicly held companies including HealthStar and Oxford Health Plans.
Roger, who is a native of South Africa, received his MBA and undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Throughout his decades-long career, Bharat has immersed himself in all aspects of software engineering, from software design, development and network engineering to testing and deployment.
Today as Chief Technology Officer, Bharat drives TT’s overall technology strategy. He oversees all aspects of TT’s global engineering enterprise encompassing software engineering, quality engineering, and network and systems engineering. He previously served as EVP Engineering and Architecture.
Prior to joining TT, Bharat held software engineering roles at Siemens Healthcare, Corel Corporation and Wipro.
Bharat, who is a native of India, received his undergraduate degree in computer science from National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
VP Americas Sales
Patti’s results-driven approach, thirst for knowledge, and genuine interest in clients and their success has fueled her career in sales for more than three decades. Patti was hired as Trading Technologies' first account manager in 1999. Now as VP Americas Sales, Patti leads TT’s sales teams across North and South America with a focus on both buy side and sell side firms. Prior to TT, Patti held roles at Reuters, Bloomberg, PaineWebber (acquired by UBS in 2000) and Prudential. Patti received her undergraduate degree in economics from The College of New Jersey.
EVP LEGAL & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mike Ryan has critical expertise in intellectual property, software agreements and contracts while understanding the needs of the business.
As EVP Legal & Business Operations, Mike is responsible for all legal matters affecting the corporation, including licensing, service and hosting agreements, consulting agreements, employment, property leasing and vendor contracts. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mike manages TT’s Contract Management and Facilities departments.
Before joining TT, Mike was an attorney at Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly, where he was a member of the insurance and general litigation departments.
Mike is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and DePaul University College of Law.
EVP PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Jason builds product solutions with learned insight and a dedicated focus on the trader.
As EVP Product Management, Jason leads implementation of TT’s various lines of business for the trading platform, infrastructure and data. He also spearheads the strategy for new product development, product integration and experience for client-centric solutions.
Previously, he served as Line of Business manager for execution services and also led a group within TT's in-house trading entity focused on algorithmic commodity trading.
Jason graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in computer science and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
EVP & Chief Services Officer
Vasco has spent most of his career in fintech, with a focus on achieving best-in-class service, operational optimization and customer satisfaction.
As EVP & Chief Services Officer, Vasco leads Trading Technologies’ drive for client service excellence, overseeing service architecture, support operations, global infrastructure, security and onboarding.
Prior to TT, Vasco held various positions at ION Group, including Chief Transformation Officer. He started his career in the City of London with Trayport, where he helped launch their SaaS offering.
Vasco, who is a native of Portugal, received his undergraduate degree in computer networks management and design from the University of Portsmouth in the UK.
EVP SALES - EMEA & EUROPE REGION MANAGER
Born and raised in South Africa, London-based Steve truly understands global business.
Steve moved to the United Kingdom after completing his military service to pursue a rugby career in the UK. Now as TT’s EVP Sales - EMEA & Europe Region Manager, he directs the company's commercial efforts throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and he oversees all operations and staff throughout Europe.
Steve joined TT in 2005 from FutureSource, where he worked for 11 years in London. He started there as a sales executive, then moved to Managing Director.
Steve earned his degree from Hilton College.
EVP Organizational Development and Effectiveness
Melissa focuses on optimizing the effectiveness of the organization and developing the capabilities of teams and people to serve customers into the future.
As EVP Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Melissa leads the development of process and operational excellence, project management, people development, internal technology systems and strategic acquisition integrations.
She has held various management positions at TT leading product and engineering project management teams, service delivery and support and has also served as Chief of Staff.
Prior to TT, she was a Consultant at Accenture in financial services and healthcare.
Melissa has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
