OTC Global Holdings’ EOXLive Active Markets to be Available on Trading Technologies’ New TT Platform

BOCA RATON, March 11, 2015 – OTC Global Holdings LP (OTCGH), the leading independent commodities interdealer broker, and Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of market-leading connectivity and trading solutions for the financial community, announced today that TT’s next-generation trading platform, simply called TT, will provide its customers with EOXLive active markets.

All Trading Technologies customers will be able to access EOXLive’s unique commodities market information and liquidity on the next-generation TT platform. The initial rollout will feature pre-trade markets for natural gas options and futures, and then expand into OTCGH’s broader set of commodities markets, which include power, petrochemicals, crude, refined products, metals, agricultural, weather and emission derivatives markets. In addition, customers will later be able to submit and manage EOXLive orders through TT.

Trading Technologies to Connect to Nasdaq Energy Futures

Software Provider’s Link to Nasdaq Futures Platform as a Preferred Vendor Will Provide Traders More Choices for Futures and Options Based on Key Energy Benchmarks

Expands Access across Nasdaq’s Global Commodities and Fixed Income Trading Platforms

BOCA RATON, March 11, 2015 – Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, and Nasdaq today announced that TT will introduce connectivity to Nasdaq Futures (NFX), the exchange group’s U.S.-based designated contract market (DCM), on day-one of trading through both its TT and X_TRADER® platforms. Through NFX, Nasdaq will expand its commodities business with futures and options on key energy benchmarks including oil, natural gas and U.S. power, which will launch in 2015.  

The TT connection to NFX will provide the trading community with more choices for investing in energy derivatives, improving price discovery and providing deeper liquidity. The new link to NFX will give all TT customers across the globe ease of use to tap Nasdaq’s leading markets and trade complex strategies across a range of assets, including energy and freight derivatives, European interest rate derivatives, equity and index futures and options, U.S. Treasury Securities and U.S. Treasury Futures products.

TT customers will be able to enter and manage trades on NFX using both the TT and X_TRADER platforms, including all application programming interfaces (APIs) as well as the TTNET™ hosting service and MultiBroker solution. With Autospreader®, users will have the option to easily spread NFX-listed products against products listed on other exchanges. Customers also will be able to use cross-market aggregation in both platforms to view aggregated energy markets across multiple exchanges and route orders from the aggregated view based on predefined order-routing rules and configurations.

Trading Technologies to Provide Access to GMEX Exchange for Its Customers

Financial Markets Engineering supports GMEX Exchange

LONDON and CHICAGO, March 4, 2015 – Global Markets Exchange Group Limited (GMEX), which operates GMEX Exchange, and Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, are pleased to announce that Trading Technologies will provide its customers with access to GMEX when the exchange launches in Q2 2015. Connectivity through X_TRADER® will be available on day one of trading, while access through the next-generation TT platform will commence in Q3 2015.

All Trading Technologies customers will be able to enter orders and manage trades from the full suite of tools including Autospreader®, Autotrader™, and the ADL® visual programming platform for algorithmic trading, as well as TT’s FIX and proprietary API solutions. In addition, X_TRADER users will be able to access GMEX liquidity through internally hosted gateways or TT’s TTNET™ global hosting solution, including TT’s MultiBroker offering.

Financial Markets Engineering (FME), a London based class leading proprietary trading company, is among the firm’s supporting GMEX’s pioneering Interest Rate Swap Constant Maturity Future (CMF) contracts. Orders will be matched on the GMEX Exchange platform, with trade confirmation and clearing occurring at Eurex.
