As announced by the CME in Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1509-5, all firms must comply with the new Order Routing and Front-End Audit Trail Requirements (Rule 536.B.) by April 1. Further information on this initiative may be found here.
TT has worked closely with the exchange in order to certify our applications, and has passed conformance with one exception: On Request for Quote (RFQ) messages, tag 142 (Country of Origin) is blank. This value is passed correctly for all other required messages.
In order to resolve this issue with RFQ messages, TT will release X_TRADER 7.17.65 in the near future. Once released, the CME has agreed to allow customers who use RFQ functionality a 90 day grace period in which to upgrade X_TRADER to this version. Customers who utilize RFQ functionality and do not upgrade within 90 days of the release of X_TRADER 7.17.65 will be considered by the exchange to be non-compliant with these requirements.
