View Connected Clients
Note: This section is available only in versions earlier than Guardian 7.17.
The View Connected Clients window is an administrative window that allows an administrator to see how many clients are currently connected to an exchange and to what exchanges those clients are connected (upper pane). The window also allows for an administrator to see how many licenses are currently in use (lower pane).
The field descriptions below reflect the entry fields available in the View Connected Clients window:
|Product||The product (e.g. X_TRADER) currently being used by the client.|
|IP Address||The unique, numbered address that distinguishes one client's connection from another. This field displays the IP Address of the connected client.|
|PID||The Process ID of the connected client.|
|Exchange||The name of the exchange to which the client connects.|
|Member||The Member ID used by the client to connect to an exchange.|
|Group||The Group ID used by the client to connect to an exchange. Group ID. Assigned by exchange or TTORD.|
|Trader||The Trader ID used by the client to connect to an exchange. Assigned by exchange or TTORD.|
|Server||The IP Address of the exchange to which a client connects.|
|Broker ID||For future use.|
|Product||The TT product (e.g. X_TRADER) currently being used by the client.|
|Customer ID||An ID assigned to a customer.|
The range of IP addresses associated with a specific license.
Note: If there are not multiple IP addresses associated with a license, then this column will have no data displayed.
|Qty||The number of licenses.|
|Avail||The number of currently available licenses.|
|Client IP||The IP address of the client using a license.|
|Client PID||The process ID of the client using a license.|
