How do I get started?
Go to trade.tt to sign up for your free trial. First we'll ask for your email address and some personal information. You'll receive an email verification. Once you've verified your email, you'll need to complete the sign-up wizard.
What markets are supported during the free trial?
Free live quotes are available for 30 days on ASX, B3, BMD, CFE, CME, CBOT, COMEX, DME, ICE, MGEX and NYMEX. Delayed CME data is always free.
What types of subscriptions/plans are available and how much do they cost?
We offer two plans. 1) Standard for $50 per month. 2) Pro for $400 per month. Learn more about the plans here.
What mobile devices are supported by TT?
What FCMs allow me to trade using TT?
These firms currently support TT. If your FCM isn't listed, please call us. We're always in the process of onboarding new firms, and your FCM may be in this category.
How do I change my market data subscriptions?
Sign in at trade.tt and click on Setup under the File menu. On the left sidebar menu, you’ll find a link to Subscriptions. There you’ll find a list of available exchanges. You can add or remove those exchanges at any time. If you choose to add an exchange, you will be billed for a full month’s charges.
Can I trade on my live account during my trial?
Contact your FCM to enable live trading. If you don't have one, see this list of FCMs that support TT.
How can I pay for TT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
What browser is recommended for best performance?
TT supports the two latest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox. You should verify that the browser is set to automatically update. Visit our System Requirements page for more information.
What are the criteria to qualify as a CME Non-Professional Subscriber?
The criteria to qualify as a Non-Professional Subscriber are outlined in the Non-Professional Subscriber Certification Form.
Are CME Non-Professional Subscriber fees applicable, if I meet some, but not all of the criteria?
No, all criteria must be met to qualify for the Non-Professional Subscriber fees.
How does TT charge my account?
We’ll automatically charge you for the platform fee and real-time market data fees on the 5th day of every month. If you've arranged to have your transactions billed to your credit card, we’ll charge you for the previous month's transactions on the same day.
Can I be invoiced monthly for TT?
No, we don't currently accept deferred payments by invoice.
Are there any additional fees associated with the monthly TT charge?
The only charges from TT are for monthly subscription fees, exchange market data fees and transaction fees (if you're trading on a live account), which may or may not include local tax depending on your location.
How do I update my payment information?
Sign in at trade.tt and click on Setup under the File menu. On the left sidebar menu, you’ll find a link to Payment. You can update your credit card information there.
How do I see my TT billing history?
Sign in at trade.tt and click on Setup under the File menu. On the left sidebar menu, you’ll find a link to Invoices. You’ll find your complete billing history there available for viewing or printing.
What if I see charges from TT I did not authorize?
Please contact TT Support.
Can I change my billing date?
No, we don't allow you to change your billing date. We’ll bill you in advance at the beginning of each month.
Will I be charged tax?
We may charge local sales tax depending on your location.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by calling TT Support.
If I cancel my subscription, will I get a refund?
If you cancel your subscription, service will continue through the end of the month. No refunds will be granted for TT subscription or market data fees.
How do I change my plan?
Sign in at trade.tt and click on Setup under the File menu. On the left sidebar menu, you’ll find a link to Subscriptions. You can choose the Standard or Pro plan there. We’ll prorate the difference in the charges if this is changed before the last day of the month.
Can I enter my credit card information before my trial ends?
Yes, you can enter your credit card information any time during your trial.
Who bills me for trading transactions?
Your FCM will most likely be billing you for the transaction charges. If you choose to be billed directly, please contact your FCM to authorize us to bill you.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Account Settings and click Change Password. See the Help Library for instructions.
Where can I find my free trial status?
Every time you log in to TT, you will see a splash screen that displays a great deal of valuable information. In the far-right column, you’ll see how many days remain in your trial.
Can I trade live during the free trial?
Contact your FCM so they can authorize your account. If you don’t have an account with an FCM, visit the TT Platform page to find the list of FCMs that support TT
Can I open a trading account with TT?
No, TT is not an FCM. Please visit the TT Platform page on our website to see a list of our FCM partners.
How do I edit my profile?
Visit setup.trade.tt and click on the Profile tab.
What version of TT Mobile do I need?
You must be on the latest version of TT Mobile.
How will I know if I've been approved as a Non-Professional Subscriber?
You can check your non-pro status in the agreements section of Setup. Go to setup.trade.tt and click on Agreements. You’ll see all of your agreements and the status of each one there.
How can I view delayed CME market data?
While in the workspace, click the Edit menu item in the top left corner, then click Change Environment and select Delayed.
