You can add or remove those exchanges at any time. If you choose to add an exchange, you will be billed for a full month’s charges.

No, we don't currently accept deferred payments by invoice.
The only charges from TT are for monthly subscription fees, exchange market data fees and transaction fees (if you're trading on a live account), which may or may not include local tax depending on your location.
